• Built an extreme multi-label classification (XMLC) pipeline for 300 labels, reducing the candidate label space through embedding-similarity reranking and improving task performance by 50% over the baseline.
• Fine-tuned a 140M model on open-source and synthetic data and optimized CPU inference with ONNX Runtime, reaching 90% F1 and substantially narrowing the gap with a 1.5B model.
• Developed multi-agent pipeline, redesigned MCP tool schemas, error handling, documentation, context management, increasing tool-execution accuracy from 40% to 90%+.
• Managed experiments and the model lifecycle with MLOps and deployed inference using LiteLLM, vLLM, Docker, Azure, GCP, and TWCC.
